  • Care and use instructions
    • Before using the pan for the first time wash in hot soapy water, dry thoroughly and season lightly with oil/butter.
    • Low/medium heat is sufficient for obtaining the best cooking results. Never overheat the pan (maximum temperature of 200-240 C is indicated on the packaging for each specific range). Cast aluminum is a very good conductor of heat and continual overheating could damage the coating. Do not heat the pan when it’s empty.
    • The pan must be used for cooking only. Do not use the pan for conserving (stocking) the food for longer periods as some aggressive food can damage the coating.
    • Use only wooden and nylon utensils and do not cut the food in the pan.
    • After use leave the pan to cool for a while, clean it in hot soapy water and dry it thoroughly.
    • Some aggressive detergents can damage the product. Wash by hand is suggested.
    • Slight colour change of the coating inside the pan does not have any negative effect on the quality of product or it’s effectiveness during use.
    • Bakelite handles of pans and knobs on the lids are ovenproof from 180-240C (follow indication on the packaging of product)
    • Saucepans and frypans not consisting any plastic part are suitable for use in the oven as well. For secure reasons, some products needed during manipulation of hot product (kitchen gloves, cotton holders)

    Use and care instruction for cookware for non-sticking cooking utensils
    • Wash and rub in a little cooking oil before first use.
    • Don’t heat the pots and pans for a longer period of time if they are empty.
    • In order to avoid damages caused by the burning of remains of cooking oil (vaporizes at 200 C /392F), pour some cold water into the pot or pan after use.
    • In order to preserve your valuable pots and pans, avoid using sharp objects. Wooden or plastic utensils are recommended scratches do not influence the function of the pots and pans in any way.
    • For cleaning, hot water, washing up liquid and a soft sponge are sufficient.
    • After washing in a dishwasher and before the next use, rub the pots and pans with a few drops of cooking oil. Discoloration of the bottom of the pots and pans is harmless aluminum oxidation.
    • Cast handles can be used in the oven without restriction. Due to their good ability to conduct heat, always use potholders, serving helpers or out thermo handles.
    • Plastic fittings can withstand heat up to 160 C (320F).
    • Protect wooden handles in the oven by wrapping them in aluminum foil. Washing in the dishwasher can lead to withering of the wooden handles.
    • In spite of extensive quality checks, it can happen that a product is delivered with a less than desired quality. In this case, please send the product back.
